1. History:
Zhengzhou Huaxin Refractories Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1986, and is situated in Xinmi, Henan, China, a city being rich in mineral resources, and one of the important refractory bases in China. We are professionally manufacturing the refractory materials for over 20 years. In 2005 years, we have got the ISO9001:2000 Certificate.
2. Equipment:
We also have 2 branches co***nies and 1 sales office in Zhengzhou City. We have production and inspection equipments about 800 sets, including 2 lines of high temperature tunnel furnaces (146 meters long one and 158 meters long), 3 high temperature(1650c) fuel shuttle kilns, and 1 super high temperature (1760c)fuel drawer kiln, various types of pressure machines, electronic batching systerm, advanced inspection and packing machines. and annual output is 80000 metric tons.
3. Main products:
We are mainly producing the below series of products:
1). Silicon series: silicon bricks, etc,
2). Aluminum silicate series: High Alumina Bricks for EAF, clay bricks, low creep high alumina bricks, Highly charged phosphate soft bricks, etc,
3). Zircon series: casting zirconia corundum bricks (casting products producing with oxidation and Reduction ways and with the properties of Zro 33percent ---44 percent),
4). Magnesium Series: Magnesium bricks, Magnesia-chrome bricks, semi-combined Magnesia-chrome bricks, Magnesium Spinel bricks, Magnesium Olivine bricks, etc.,
5). Pouring series: (Clay big bricks, Tin box bottom bricks, Sillimanite bricks, etc,
6). Others: High strength light insulating brick, ceramic sand, and varied unshaped refractory materials.
4. Application:
